Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to open an account with egk33.
• You must be a legal resident living in Bangladesh.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and your own.
• You may not create an account in another person's name or as a representative of any legal entity.

Identity Verification (KYC)

• egk33 may request documents to verify your identity at any time.
• You may be required to submit a scanned copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Providing false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
• If your details change, you must notify us within 28 days.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳500.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• There are no processing fees on deposits (the bank's own fees may apply).
• egk33 reserves the right to decline any deposit, particularly in cases of unusual transactions.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• Processing is generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirement on any active bonus has not been met.
• egk33 may hold withdrawals in cases of suspected or fraudulent activity.

Welcome Bonus

New members at egk33 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 gives you a ৳6,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳11,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (10 times the sum of the deposit and bonus). Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• You may not claim another bonus while one is active (unless stated otherwise).
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to or exchanged with third parties.
• If a bonus is claimed fraudulently, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• egk33 reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

Strictly Prohibited

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — creating artificial betting patterns in order to earn bonuses.
• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion or coordinated betting with other users.

Additional Restrictions

• Playing using another person's account — including a family member's.
• Using payment methods that have no real value.
• Accessing via VPN or proxy from a prohibited country or region.
• Introducing any malicious code or virus that could damage the system.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward egk33 or its staff.
• Selling or transferring account ownership.

Closure by egk33

egk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or legal obligations.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Before closing your account:

• All active bets must be settled.
• Any bonus with an unmet wagering requirement will be automatically forfeited.
• Any eligible balance should be withdrawn.
• If you are seeking self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, a dedicated process will be followed.

• The relevant balance may be placed on hold during an ongoing dispute.
• For frivolous or vexatious claims, egk33 reserves the right to deduct administrative costs.
• Legal action should not be taken before attempting to resolve the dispute.
